2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Products and Accuracy

Artistic Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our products that appear at the store. However, because computer monitors display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Handmade Nature: Please note that our artworks are high-quality reproductions of original ink wash paintings. Minor variations in texture or tone are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipping: Shipping times vary by location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Xuan Arts is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@xuanarts.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Process: To start a return, you can contact us at support@xuanarts.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
